Yokosuka MXY7 Ohka (“sakura flower”) is a Japanese rocket-powered bomb or “winged bomb” aircraft, controlled by a suicide pilot.
Despite its extremely high speed, the Yokosuka MXY7 Ohka had a very short range, so it had to be used as a parasite aircraft by a much larger bomber, which itself was vulnerable to enemy carrier-based fighters.
